  • Round five of the Civil Hiring Modified Sedans Series will be held at the Margaret River Speedway this Sunday evening, with Rick Musarra looking for another strong showing.

    Last Saturday night at Narrogin, Musarra would finish second to newly crowned State Champion, Brenden Fraser, in an amazing finish, with only 2.185 seconds separating Musarra and tenth placed Sam McAuley, in a crazy finish.

    Such is the nature of the racing of Modified Sedans this season, the same will be expected on Sunday night, meaning qualifying well in the heats will be paramount. Musarra started on the front row last Saturday night and would lead the first nine laps before Fraser struck.

    The field is very similar to last week, which will fill Musarra full of confidence at the South West venue, which is conducive to hard and fast racing.

    Racing is scheduled to start at 5.00pm
