• Having won two Australian Sprintcar Championships and multiple Victorian Sprintcar Titles David Murcott is a welcome addition to any Sprintcar entry list and the 2020 South West Conveyancing Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic will be no exception.

    The 2014 and 2015 Australian Sprintcar Championship winner, also managed to secure victory on his qualifying night at the 2015 Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic, while campaigning for then car owner Dave Horrell.

    Now the 9-Time World Series Sprintcars Championship podium finisher, second in 2010-11 and 2014-15 to go with a third place in 2006-07, is driving for Victorian based car owner Mathew Eastham’s Victory Lane Racegear team aboard the immaculate V88 J&J.

    Having been forced to sit out the 2019 Classic, Murcott will be keen to replicate the feats of another veteran, Robbie Farr, when he wheels the always immaculate Eastham prepared machine from the hauler come Classic weekend.

    The team as always will enjoy the support of an army of partners, which in 2020 will include Mainline Dynalog Dynamometers, Drysdale’s Chaf Mills, Victory Lane Racegear, Ramsdale Wreckers, Midwest Imports, Vortex Express, Penrite Oils, Speedway Motors USA, Tekcoat Powdercoating, J&J Auto Racing, Inverloch Motor Body Works, SKS Services, EZ Printing, Andy FX, Kool Freighters, Gippsland Race & Street, Wade Aunger Photography, Extreme Sprintcar Driving Experience, Believe In You Beauty, Inglis Racing Engines, Goldstar Transport, Temby Haulage, Crow Enterprises USA, BMRS Hoses, HRP Wings, Big Kev, Oval Express Magazine, QSS, BHR, Joe’s Racing Products, D & F Racing Products, Hoskin Steering Gear and the V88 Members Club.

    No matter when he qualifies, where he starts or who he is up against you can rest assured that Murky will leave no stone unturned in his quest to add a Classic victory to his already long and illustrious resume.
    Joining Murcott and the V88 team at the Classic will be Broken Hill’s Brendan Guerin, with the talented driver set to again be at the wheel of his family back S96 Maxim.

    The team as always will get all they can from the Maxwill power plant as he endeavors to improve on his 12th place C-Main finish in 2019.

    For the trek South Guerin will have the support of his teams partners 7 Day Spares, Century Batteries, Hi-Tec Oils and Mocare Australia.
