The second last round of the 2018 Novus Glass Carnarvon Speedway Sedan Digest Street Stock Gold Cup Series will be held this Saturday afternoon at the Pithara Speedway located in the northern wheatbelt of Western Australia.

Some of Western Australias finest Street Stock pilots have entered for the event that doubles as the annual Street Stock Classic and offers $1000 cash to the winner of the main event.

Two time National Street Stock Champion Mick Hamon heads the nomination list and will be very tough to beat.

2016 SSD Gold Cup Series Champion Jace Kempton leads this years tournament by just eleven points over Kalgoorlies Jack Barnewall with this weekends round at Pithara pivotal to deciding this years series champion.

Collies Paul Joss who has recently won some events in the north of the state should be prominent this Saturday along with Hamish Macalpine, Peter Walker, Warren Oldfield and Cody Avins.
