• Many race fans would remember the Ace Gates sponsored Sprintcar of Adrian Parr, circulating at many tracks across Victoria and interstate before he morphed into the Speedway Parts business that is Parr Motorsports.

Having been a part of the Speedway landscape for more than 15 years now, Parr Motorsports has been a major part of the Premier Speedway landscape having been the Naming Rights partners of the Parr Motorsports Premier Speedway Sprintcar Track Premiership for the past nine seasons.

With Parr Motorsports a regular at all of the major meetings throughout Victoria, the site of the mobile parts shop pulling into many Speedway venues has become common place with high end products being supported by amazing customer service.

Adrian Parr and wife Kim continue to supply parts and advice to many Speedway competitors, while continuing to support their son Brayden in his own Sprintcar Racing career as well as offering sponsorship support to a number of Victorian based teams.

With the family having endured an incredibly tough time as they continue to support their son Liam through a rare and debilitating illness, their loyalty and support of the Speedway industry has remained incredibly vibrant.

The partnership between Parr Motorsports has been a great one for nine seasons, after initially being supported by the GF1 Chassis brand, the annual $10,000 pay day to the Track Premiership winner has been sampled by only four drivers in that time.

Steven Lines claimed the first of the Parr Motorsports Track Premierships back in the season of 2011-12, before James McFadden was able to dethrone Lines to claim the 2012-13 Premiership.

Warrnambool native Jamie Veal claimed the first of a hat-trick of wins in 2013-14, before repeating the dose in 2014-15 and 2015-16.

Long time beneficiary of the support of Parr Motorsports, Darren Mollenoyux was able to break Veal’s stranglehold on the Premiership when he claimed the top prize in the 2016-17 season before Veal again claimed the win in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons.

This past season saw James McFadden, on the back of five feature race wins, claim the Parr Motorsports Track Premiership for a second time.

While we are all endure these uncertain times, it is hoped that when on-track hostilities resume that the partnership between Parr Motorsports and the Premier Speedway Club can continue in way shape or form.

In the meantime if you are a part of the Speedway fraternity and you are in need of parts or service, please keep Parr Motorsports along with all those that serve our industry so well in mind.
