With the Sprintcar Racing Association of Victoria’s season being cut short along with most of the other States final Sprintcar shows due to the Virus issue many plans and end of season dinners have been affected as well. While the whole Virus matter is devastating to our Nation where everybody will be affected in some way the SRA committee are looking to the future with a positive attitude.

The SRA committee are in the process of wrapping up the 2019-2020 season that will take a little time and to organise an awards nights subject to government rulings on functions but all efforts will be made to inform our members, competitors and sponsors in the next few days of the proposed plans to end the past season.

But the good news is that the SRA has been working hard with the venue operators to put together a race date calendar for the new 2020-2021 sprintcar season in and around Victoria subject to the COVID-19 Virus being over.

After many discussion with the venue operators and the committee discussing the requested race dates the SRA of Vic Inc in please to announce the intended 2020-2021 racing calendar. While the dates have been approved some dates are still to be confirmed or amended and there are a few discussions still ongoing.

The SRA and the venue operators felt it was important to get the dates for a variety of reason, some of those are to give a positive outlook to the new season for all parties, also to allow drivers and teams to inform their sponsors of their plans for next season or to give them the opportunity now to possibly source new sponsors or partners if possible and most importantly to let the sports valued spectators know that the future is looking positive with a very big season planned once again.
