  • On Saturday night, Sarah Franz will contest the Zinc 96.1 Queensland Production Sedan Title at the Mothar Mountain Speedway, Gympie, with a big field entered.

    The field contesting the title is a strong one, with eleven drivers having won a Feature Race this season, none more so than National Champion, Joel Berkley with seven wins to his name.

    Franz won’t be daunted by this fact as she competes at her home track, a venue she generally goes well at.

    Franz started the season late, but once on track has showed really good car speed, but luck has not been on her side to this point, but that won’t stop her from having a red hot go on Saturday night against 32 other drivers.

    “We have really been working hard on getting the car right for Saturday night, it should be a great night”, said Franz.

    Racing at Gympie commences at 5.00pm EST.
