• Making a Classic final is every young Sprintcar Racers dream and in 2019 both Tim Van Ginneken and Brayden Parr were a part of the 24 strong field that greeted the starter at the commencement of the 40-lap finale.

In 2020 both of these Victorian based Sprintcar pilots will return to Sungold Stadium to start from scratch, all over again against another 90 plus drivers from all over Australia as well as some of the very best Americans.

Tim Van Ginneken will be at the wheel of the V44 Triple X with a Maxwill Race Engines 410 for company.

The Trevor Anderson Racing entry will also enjoy some amazing local support from Lowe’s Auto Repairs, BLG Transport, McQuinn Electrical, Adzweld Fabrications, South West Conveyancing, Lethal Wings, Novara Homes, Balcombe Bulk Haulage and Boyle’s Livestock.

In 2019 Tim finished the A-Main in 19th place and would love nothing better than to outpace some of the highly fancied drivers in the field to again make Sunday night’s final.

Brayden Parr has thus far endured a tough 2019-20 season, however there is nothing like the Classic to bring out the best in the talented youngster.

Having enjoyed a fantastic 2018-19 season, Parr added to his highlight reel with a start in the Classic final that saw him credited with a 21st place finish.

For the 2020 edition of the Classic Parr will again be driving the V77 Maxim with a Craig Carrison Race Engine bolted in.

The team’s partners for the Classic weekend consist of Craig Carrison Race Engines, ABSS, Starkey’s Fiberglass Repairs, Parr Motorsports, Compass Powder Coating, JNJ Engineering, TriTech Lubricants, The Sign Depot, Salt Electrical, Vic Wide Roof Tiling, MDK Computer Services and HPD.

The 2020 South West Conveyancing Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic is supported by KFC, Performance Racegear, The Lady Bay Resort, GJ Gardner Homes and KRE Race Engines and will be held from Friday January 24, 2020 through to Sunday January 26, 2020.

Tickets for the Classic are currently available via www.premierspeedway.com.au with three and single night ticket options available.

On-line sales will cease at midnight on Thursday January 23, 2020 with nightly ticket sales available from the Warrnambool side gates from 9am on Friday January 24, 2020.

Copies of the 2020 Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic entry form have been forwarded to the 2019 entrants while a PDF version is available for download from the Premier Speedway website www.premierspeedway.com.au
