• The Make Smoking History Bunbury Speedway roars back into life this Saturday night, with an all Sedan Program, with Clint Noakes returning to racing for the first time this season.

Noakes has been busy with Harvest, but on Saturday night, he will drive the Hayden Wells owned Production Sedan, against a strong field of drivers which includes former National Champion Rod Musarra, and former State Champion, Drew Ogle.

Noakes, who has won 14 Feature races in the last five seasons is looking forward to getting back behind the wheel, with a busy few weeks coming up, as he will also compete at Manjimup on Saturday, 28 December 2019, as part of the South West Sedan Championship, followed by the Production Sedan Sizzle at Geraldton a week later.

Noakes has performed well at Bunbury in the past, finishing third in the State Title held at the venue in 2014, and will be using the night for testing and development.

“Don’t expect too much out of us on Saturday night, we are using the night for testing before the big events around New Years”, he said.

Racing commences at 6.00pm on Saturday night at the Make Smoking History, Bunbury Speedway, with Live Audio available, courtesy of Jason Crowe Media. Production Sedans will be afforded three eight lap heats and a fifteen lap main event.

Junior Sedans, Street Stock, Legend Cars and Super Sedans are also on the schedule.
