Although it is still three months until the Speedway Sedans Australia, National Street Stock Title, but on Saturday night, thirty eight drivers will compete in the latest MJS Street Stock Series Round, at the venue which will host the National Title.

Already we have seen some large events held, both in South Australia and Victoria, with the indications being that the racing on Saturday night at the Timmis Speedway Mildura, will be close and fast.

Anthony Beare who recently won the latest Blue Ribbon Event, the King of the Mount at Redline, headlines the field, with the National Title holder, looking to add another victory to his name on Saturday night.

Many of the drivers from that night are not in the field, by former National Champions, Rhys Heinrich and Mark Jennings certainly are, with Jennings already prominent this season, winning the 50th Anniversary event at Borderline Speedway.

Being a South Australian based event, many South Australians will cross the Victorian border for the event, with Jason Duell, Steven and Mark Gartner, Nigel Reichstein and Jayden Edwards, just some of those who should be prominent across a big night of racing.

Justin Brumfield from the Northern Territory will also be amongst the starting field of thirty eight, giving a big indication that drivers will be using this event as a trial run before the National Title in March.

A massive program is scheduled at Mildura on Saturday night, with events for Junior Sedans also scheduled. Racing will commence at 6.00pm EDST
