Ben Riley has been declared the winner of the round three Banjos Bakery Street Stock Feature Race on Saturday night, after officials stepped in, stopping the race well before its scheduled conclusion.

The capacity field at the Solo Hobart Speedway, saw several stoppages in the early exchanges, with numerous drivers on the infield when the race was brought to an end.

Ben Riley, who started from position three, made his way to the front on lap three, which was the best place to be with plenty of incidents mid pack.

Matt Hammond who led early wound finish second, while John Riley filled the third position.

Earlier, Matt Hammond won both of his preliminary heats, while Nathan Russell and Dale Riley Jnr were successful in the other two qualifiers.

Round four of the series returns to Hobart on Saturday, 17 November 2018.
