Brenten “Smooch” Farrer will return to the driver’s seat of the #V34 Porkers Transport Maxim this Saturday night at the Avalon Raceway at Lara as he contests the final Sprintcar show of the Victorian season.
The Avalon Raceway event will be one of the biggest 360ci Sprintcar races of the Victorian season as the State Championship has attracted a field of 30 drivers. The Title event will also double as the final of the Triple Crown Series and after finishing second in the only completed round at the Heartland Raceway at Moama Farrer will enter the final with a great opportunity to win the overall series.
“The last time the Victorian Title was at Avalon we ran second, so we would love to go one better this Saturday night” added Brenten.
“I didn’t drive the 34 at Moama so it will be good to get back into a familiar car this weekend. I can’t thank Rob and Nev for supplying me a first-class car to pilot all season. Every time we have run we have been fast. We have collected a couple of wins along the way, but we have also had some bad luck so let’s hope we can have a good run at Avalon and end the season with a strong result to reward our team and our loyal sponsors”.
Going into his final meeting of the season Brenten and the Porkers Transport #34 Team have 2 main event wins and a runner-up result in 360ci Sprintcar competition.
