• The JSR King of the River starts to take shape with Round 3 of the Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers All Star Series this Saturday night at Murray Bridge Speedway with another solid field of 25 cars. 17 travelling All Star regulars are set to challenge the locals and see who can take out the honours.

USA’s Cory Eliason is making a surprise early appearance to the Series driving for Adam Currie Team 59 Motorsport. Eliason’s last visit saw him pick up a neat $10,000 at the All Star Challenge last January at Simpson Speedway. Landing in Australia only on Wednesday the team will set about fine tuning the car and mounting a Maxwill 360 power plant for the weekend.

Many of the All Stars will have to cross the border for the 8 hour drive from Victoria whilst others are lucky enough to have a short trip to the Bridge after putting in the miles over the past few weeks. Current Series Champ Chris Solomon also currently leads the points going into this weekend closely followed by his older brother Paul Solomon in the Hutchins Motorsport ART.

Paul was the one to beat at Heartland Raceway last weekend and will want to back it up. Mark Caruso has run each round of the series this season and the number of laps he has done around the Bridge he would have to feel comfortable with a home track advantage. Farmer Phil Lock in the V4 Cool won the same round last year and would dearly love to repeat it. Renmark’s Dan Evans has been fast and always one to watch.

The number 16’s have been battling it out between each other and putting on some exciting racing against each other with V16 James Wren and SA16 Jack Gartner both ready to repeat it again. Cody Atkins, Jarman Dalitz, Michael Tancredi, Brenten Farrer , Father and Son duo Corey and Colin Lincoln all series regulars all keen to lock in good results. South Aussie hard chargers Michael Lovegrove, Brendan Guerin and Jamie Hendry all have experience and perform well on their home track.

“3 States in 4 weekends shows that we have been clocking up the k’s and we are all excited about running back at Murray Bridge. The Bridge has always been a big supporter of 360’s and our Series and it’s a pleasure to go back there” Searle tell us.

Leading the JSR King of the River Mini Series is Chris Solomon, Dan Evans 2nd, Mark Caruso 3rd, James Wren 4th and Phil Lock in 5th.
