This Saturday night at Morris Park, the Dubbo Speedway Club is proud to present two big events complementing local races when the Late Model Sedan Series & the Newcastle Street Stocker Series headline the show giving the crowd a big dose of V8’s balanced with the Street Stocks a division the average road user identifies with due to the Ford & Holden makes in use.

A two night Dubbo & Gilgandra Speedway weekend has attracted plenty of competitors in the main acts with points on offer for the series making the weekend a must for drivers wishing to factor in their point scores.

The Late Model Sedans have around twenty drivers with a winner hard to pick amongst them. Big names such as Ron Pyne, Nathan Disney, Darryl Grimson will be challenged by the likes of Scott Haynes, Todd Bayley & Ed Borg in a night fans won’t forget.

The Late Model Sedans will use every inch of the race track & fans will love seeing the drivers hike their front left wheels out of the turns & get around three or four wide during the night.

The Newcastle Street Stocker Series will also compete both nights of the Easter Weekend & a healthy field of twenty five plus racers will entertain on Saturday night at Dubbo with series points leader and current Newcastle # 1 driver Andrew Fuller whilst his brother David who sits second in points will be trying to win out in the siblings battle.

They will have to contend with amongst others the New South Wales champion Aaron Barnes, Lindsay Cornwell, Todd Keeler & Shane Carlson who are all keen to keep the Fuller brothers from winning this weekend.

The Junior Sedans, Production Sedans & a big field of Fender Benders bring a local feel to the racing with plenty of Dubbo & District competitors involved.

Pit gates for competitors & crew open at 2.30pm, General admission gates open at 4.30pm with racing from 6pm. Prices are $20 for adults, Students, Aged & Disability pensioners $10, Kids under the age of 12 free when accompanied by a paying adult.
