  • The Easter long weekend will see Mark back in the seat of the NSW 9 Bennett Motorsports Spike Esslinger.

    After a strong performance recently in the WA Speedcar Championship, team owner Rod Bennett decided to again place Mark in the drivers seat. The team will head to Sth Australia to compete in The Tri-City Shootout taking in 3 nights of racing in as many nights.

    The weekend begins in Bordertown on Good Friday, then Murray Bridge Saturday and finishes up on Easter Sunday night at Adelaide's Speedway City. Mark will be looking for strong performances each night as he takes in some of his favorite tracks.

    With his experience and along with Mark having some strong performances at both Speedway City & Murray Bridge Speedways this season, the whole Bennett Motorsports team is excited about the prospects that lie ahead. The teams truck, arrived safely in to Adelaide today with the rest of the team arriving Thursday.

    Bennett Motorsports will also field a second car with youngster Todd Waddell stepping into the W7 Toyota powered Eagle. Todd having his first race start for a few years is also excited to be back behind the wheel. Todd's past results have shown that he has what it takes and they are sure it won't take him long to find form.
