This Good Friday and Easter Saturday Wingless Sprints converge on Rosedale Speedway & Bairnsdale Speedway to conclude the Victory Lane Racegear Gippsland Challenge series with the series on the line with a very close top ten after the series could only manage heats at Drouin in the first two rounds back in March.

Series point’s leader Wayne Hurford from Bass will be the hunted this weekend with Luke Cole effectively second in points and the Laity brothers from Bairnsdale amongst a hungry field of racers keen to win the series.

Amongst those with a great start back at the Drouin round Gary Bowden also from Bairnsdale, Robbie Johnson from the other side of Melbourne and Brett Neylan from Cranbourne are all very consistent at banking points whilst from outside the top ten Dayn Bentvelzen, Adrian Densley & Adam Greenwood are used to defending their turf in Gippsland whilst Andy Hibbert from Geelong who won at Bairnsdale in December is back for some more silverware.

In great news for the wingless series James Hennessy & Liam Atkinson from Hennessy Freightlines have put up $300- in total for the six most travelled drivers to do both this weekends rounds. Simply turn up to both rounds and get $50 cash on top of the regular pay out!

In further good news, Gary Bowden has just put his money where his mouth is and put up a $200 bonus for anybody that can win both this weekends features!

Camping is aloud at both tracks & Bairnsdale has showers at the track.

Also anybody able or wanting to put there car on display in main street Bairnsdale Saturday morning are to get in touch with Gary Bowden and you will get 2 track passes to the Bainsdale event.
